6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and trade secrets shared during the course of providing services. Confidential information will not be disclosed to any third party without the express consent of the other party, except as required by law.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers ImtaDia Digital strives to provide services to the best of our ability; however, we do not guarantee specific results such as revenue increases or traffic growth. The success of your e-commerce site and marketing campaigns depends on various factors, including market conditions and customer behavior.
The services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImtaDia Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to the services will be limited to the fees you paid for the services in question.
9. Termination Either party may terminate the services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. If you terminate the agreement before the completion of the services, you may still be liable for any outstanding fees for work completed up to the date of termination.
